A new release from Lupe Fiasco with a vid, "Dumb it down". It's all part of the coming new album 'the cool'. Another good song especially lyrically. Talks about dumbing things down to sell records. Lupe, making smart the cool. Check his myspace for the vid and check some pics of him when he was in NZ. http://www.myspace.com/lupefiasco

NZ's finest out on the 20th, here's their comments...."We think it is our best issue yet [but we always think that] and at 220 pages it is the biggest. Editorials for this issue from New Zealand, Australia, New York and France and features on The Moustache [Go The Mo'], Nuclear Power, The Sneaks, Black Oooze and the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra among lots of other stuff. Art by et al, Julian Dashper and coverage on the Blow Treacey exhibition. Our cover girl this issue is Kemp Muhl and again is shot by Derek Kettela in New York.
Rise Worldwide is stunning its way to some great places in the UK. New Zealander Ranui runs this label from London. They have just launched a new website. They are essentially a print based street wear label. Some great print work and ideas. Their new skate deck is killer, there should be pics up soon of it. Check there website rise worldwide

They have been around for years, of course. I'd just like to say that I am a revived fan. Of course we could go the fluro "bring back 86" look, which is great. I went the black leather way. Adds a touch of class. An essential accessory. Might I add 'head porter' just released a very very similar looking one. But I got mine way cheaper with was less effort. But if u wanna sell me a head porter one I'd still be a sucker for it.
