I may be a little late with these but I cant stop looking at them.
Whats good is Product [RED] Line Contributes to the Global Fund Charity and National Commission for the Fight Against HIV/AIDS.
I have spoken to my good friend from Converse and unfortunetly I dont think these will hitting our shores, sad to say.But more news after the jump..
Was checking out the gourmet blog and came across these "strangely unique" Pair of jeans.
Designed by Erik De Nijs he’s taken a pair of raw denim and added a keyboard to them. Deemed Beauty and the Geek, the jeans feature speakers in the knees, and a mouse in the back pocket.
I think he might of put the enter button in the wrong place, lol
Interesting none the less
For all you fixie heads out there Steady Rollin' are organising New Zealands first fixed gear race.
SUNDAY MAY 4th from 12pm to 2pm at Unitec off Carrington Road, through Point Chevalier lights, A to the K.
It's a casual event where they're hoping a bunch of fixie riders will get together for the first race of its kind and see if the course actually works or not. It's 3 laps of a 3.5km (roughly) course, so about a 10km sprint.
After the first one they're hoping to hold it more regularly, I think like a Critical Mass event just for fixies. So calling all closet fixed riders, come on out for ride and skid.
Mad props to the Steady Rollin' crew for getting this going, this is going to be sick.I just hope I have my bike up and running by then.
1. Bike must be a fixie.
2. Helmets are optional, but ride at your own risk
3. No brakes.
Here's the race map:
